We are looking for an engaged and experienced restaurant manager for our new restaurant on Olai Kyrkogata in Norrköping. You have several years of operative experience, recruitment, good understanding of economy, results and budget. We see that you are active in the operation, not afraid of challenges and are structured. As a person you are humble, responsible and unpretentious. You like to develop and always search to better the business. Dubbel Dubbel is all about tastes and craftsmanship in the kitchen, awesome hand made dumplings and Chinese small dishes, fun drinks in the glasses, always something that stands out and always a food journey. We call it Chinese Sharing that ate served in an international environment with high energy and a bargain.  Our heart is in China, with strong influences from Szechuan and other areas where heat, spices and other tasty ingredients are found. The first Dubbel Dubbel started 10 years ago. Today there are four restaurants  -three in Göteborg and one in Malmö. We have just started our journey to expand more Dubbel Dubbel restaurants in to other cities in the country.

Experience that you contribute with

– At least 3 years experience of leader ship within restaurants and at least 5 years work experience in the field, from service to kitchen.

– You speak and communicate well in written and spoken Swedish.
– You can also express yourselves in English both in writing and speech.
– Contribute to a happy and efficient working environment.
– Good computer knowledge.
